and Rates
Catherine’s
Critter Care offers service and care for your pets seven days a
week. Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Reservations
are taken on a first come first serve basis. I will do my best to
accommodate those with emergency situations.

Let’s get to know one another! An
initial consultation will allow us the opportunity to meet each
other and get to know your pet(s) and your home. During this visit
we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer
keys and discuss detailed instructions on how to care for your pets.
This required meeting needs to be scheduled at least 48 hours prior
to service. This visit will last approximately one hour depending
on the number of pets and detailed information on each pet. There
is no charge for the initial consultation.

are customized to fit your pet’s individual needs.

A
one time daily visit is ideal for cats! Two visits a day are required
for dogs unless they have 24 hour access to the outdoors.
Other Services Available
“In
the neighborhood”
This service consists of a quick stop in visit for potty breaks,
administer medication or check on ill or elderly pets.
Pet
Chauffeur (Vet, groomer, etc.)
Pet food pick up
Home Check Only (mail, plants, lights, etc.)
Emergency Vet visit...
Keys
Keys will be picked up at the initial consultation and returned
the day after you return.
Keys will NOT be left at the home on the last day, to ensure you
are not detained unexpectedly and the animals left unattended.
For future services, you may leave a key with Catherine’s Critter
Care for continued use or for emergency situations. If your key
is to be returned the following day, there will be a $5 charge for
key pick up for future service periods.
Prices
& Payments
Fifty percent (50%) of the total payment is due at the initial consultation.
The remaining balance is due the day after keys are returned.
For established Clients payment is as follows:
Service Period less than three (3) days, payment is due at the
end of the Service Period.
Service Period is four (4) days or longer, fifty percent (50%)
(and surcharge if applicable) is due the day the key is picked up.
Client’s who leave a key on file a check for the remaining balance
is to be left at the residence.
Credit cards are not currently accepted. Cash or checks only, please
make checks payable to Catherine’s Critter Care.
NSF or returned checks are subject to a $25.00 handling charge in
addition to any bank charges incurred by CCC.

Cancellation Charges:
In the event a Client cancels the services of Catherine’s Critter
Care, the following terms still apply:
8 or more days prior to service date: no charge.
2-7 days prior to service date: 20% of Service Agreement is due.
0-48 hours prior to service date, and/or holidays: full payment
is due.
A note posted at the home is not considered notice of cancellation.
Exceptions will be made on an individual basis for emergency situations.

Miscellaneous,
but important information
All pets are to be current on vaccinations; proof of such will need
to be provided at the initial consultation. **Please click
here for list of vaccinations required.**
For your convenience, you may download and print the required forms
located on the “Forms” page. If forms are already completed when
I arrived for the initial consultation it will allow us more time
to talk about your pets!
I will accept almost any type of pet except snakes and some exotic
animals. This will be determined on a case by case basis. I also
reserve the right to reject any pet that shows signs of aggression.
I
do not do overnight stays or pet sitting in my home.
Discounts
If you recommend someone who books a service, you’ll receive a 5%
discount on your next booking. Referrals must be new to CCC and
have not utilized any of my services in the past. Please remind
referrals to mention your name upon booking so you may receive credit
to your account.
